Kevin Paffrath, known by the YouTube username "Meet Kevin," is listed as a financial educator and analyst on the California recall ballot.
"When it comes to the COVID-19 vaccine, this recall election is a matter of life and death," Gavin Newsom's campaign said Monday.

California voters will decide on September 14 if they want to keep the Democrat in office or replace him with one of his recall challengers.
Polling has shown that 73 percent of Republicans plan on voting in the recall election, compared to just 38 percent of Democrats. That gap could endanger Newsom.
