In response to the release of the documents, Christopher W Smith, General Counsel for Kushner Companies said that the notion that Kushner Properties improperly benefitted from the loans is "completely untrue and amounts to nothing more than politically motivated nonsense."
"Their argument is that this is all political and I think all you have to do is read the statement of charges," Attorney General Brian Frosh told Newsweek. "The living conditions—these apartments were not habitable."
The report comes a month after the company was fined $210,000 for routinely filing false documents.
The fine, levied by New York City's Department of Buildings, relates to 17 Kushner properties across the city.
Tenants' lawsuit claims Kushner Cos. renovated units "to transform and convert a Rent Stabilized residential apartment building into a luxury condominium."
An SEC investigation into the bank closed last year, shortly before it took part in transactions with Kushner Companies.
Several investigations plague Jared Kushner as he continues to serve as a senior White House adviser.
Kushner reportedly supported Apollo Global Management co-founder Joshua Harris as he began a financial disclosure process to be considered for a White House role.
"If a review of Mr. Kushner's ethics issues was completed by the White House Counsel, it must be released," Democratic Representative Raja Krishnamoorthi stated.
Jared Kushner's family company is facing questions about a resort project that could make millions in property values with some federal help.

A Kushner Companies spokeswoman said, "These type of inquiries appear to be harassment solely for political reasons."
The loans were among the largest Kushner Companies received last year.
Kushner Companies "is not under investigation for any tax issues," its attorney stated.
It is not clear whether Kushner's debt rise is linked to financial challenges plaguing Kushner Companies.
"Andy is a brilliant young man who has been instrumental in building a very successful family business," a spokeswoman for Jared Kushner's father said.
"Kushner Companies considers all reasonable and appropriate financing options on a project by project basis," a spokeswoman said.
"Any story claiming that we have done anything wrong in our dealings with Deutsche Bank is made-up and completely baseless," a Kushner Companies spokeswoman stated.
Charles Kushner called critics of his son "haters."
