Buttigieg discussed the turmoil he faced as a young gay man growing up in Indiana during a speech in D.C.
"Maybe I will become in a position to broker that peace deal," Mayor Pete Buttigieg said during "The Breakfast Club" podcast.
"I don't think we have anything like that in our country," Mohamaddin Ketapi, Malaysia's travel minister said, referencing gay people.
LGBTI group outraged at the "gay panic" defense used in the case.
"I don't know which report you're talking about," Trump said when asked about the campaign.
"If it is good enough for our president, whom I support 100 percent, then it is good enough for me as well."
The government said Instagram took down the account, but the company denied this.
