During Tuesday's 'Morning Joe,' host Joe Scarborough mocked Donald Trump's claims that he had legal scholars read the transcripts of his Ukraine phone calls.
"It's lack of character among people on these committees. Just a lack of character," MSNBC host Joe Scarborough said.
"This is a ridiculous charge to level at somebody who works for Mike Pompeo and Mike Pence," Eugene Robinson of The Washington Post said.
"Now, he's reading from it, claiming that this website hack job is an affidavit," Joe Scarborough said, playing clips of Giuliani on Fox News.
Lewandowski in front of cameras "was playing for an audience of one," and "he was rude, he was insolent, he was stonewalling and then ultimately was revealed to be a liar," Mika Brzezinski said.
"That's what he was saying, it was just her son. That's not — that's just what he said," Brzezinski said.
"Ivanka went publicly because of course her brand is women and children, but she's taken that off her brand, children," MSNBC's Brzezinski said Wednesday.
"That's banana republic stuff! That is North Korea. That is Russia. That is China. What separates us from the rest of the world ... is our respect for the rule of law," former Senator Claire McCaskill said. "And this guy is trampling all over it!"

Avenatti's critics often point to his media appearances in an attempt to discredit him.
"The law firm of Larry, Mo and Curly, and of counsel Rudy, can't actually find out what the truth is," Scarborough said of Trump's legal team.
The first lady and first daughter have both faced criticism in recent days.
Scarborough's comments come after firing many criticisms at Trump since he took office.
Hosts Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough criticized the Democratic Party and the #MeToo campaign for going too far.
"Where are you today?" Mika Brzezinski asked the first daughter.
The vice president was skewered Tuesday for his responses to allegations of Trump-Russia collusion.
