Hagerty is putting four cars on display on the grounds of the National Mall this September as part of its annual Cars on the Capital event.
The cameras are streaming to give constant views of Japanese flowering cherry trees planted along the Tidal Basin area of the National Mall.
The mayor of Tokyo gifted thousands of cherry trees to the nation's capital in 1912.
The approximately 191,500 U.S. flags are said to represent those who are unable to watch the inauguration in person.
"It violates D.C.'s COVID-19 plan and it's almost certainly going to lead to a super spreader event—and cause many new cases, hospitalization, and even death. It violates virtually every principle to mitigate this pandemic," Lawrence Gostin, a professor of global health law at Georgetown University and a WHO adviser, told The Daily Beast.
"Oh, for heaven's sake. Trump is always hiding behind walls and chain link fences. It's almost a fetish for him," Twitter user @hiareth wrote.
The $2.5 million is generally used for repairs at parks across the country, including construction projects, road and bridge repair and rebuilding habitats.
"If this goes well, I think we should follow it with a big party in Times Square the night before New Year's Day," Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) said.
The suspect was planning to detonate a device on the day of the midterm elections.
"Where has any evidence been that suggests that I'm wrong about the total population that watched it?"
The National Park Service says the organizers of an annual art event can't display a statue of a naked woman because it's too tall and would ruin the grass.
Officers arrested the teens because they were in violation of the National Mall's vending regulations, which prevents people from selling items without a permit.
In total, they will run the equivalent of more than nine marathons to protest against Donald Trump's proposed plans.
