The legendary music group just announced a special 50th anniversary edition of its famous "Dark Side of the Moon" album.

"Exotic adult entertainment is not an allowed use at the Fairgrounds," Douglas County Commissioner George Teal said.

The brother branded his sibling "homophobic" despite being told he could come if he adhered to the dress code.

His statement is something often seen as offensive by those in the LGBTQ+ community, but the remark drew laughter from the crowd.

A man driving by stopped his car, exited and attacked the rainbow flag owner in his own yard, swearing at him and calling him an anti-gay slur.

"Seeing a Pride flag waving so proudly outside your house every day has given me the courage to come out to my family."

The decision in California is a rejection of President Donald Trump's policy prohibiting U.S. diplomatic missions from flying the rainbow flag.

Pastor E.W. Jackson, a Baptist minister, praised the Trump administration for rejecting requests from U.S. embassies to fly the gay pride symbol on their flagpoles this month.

"When it comes to the American flagpole and American embassies and capitals around the world, having the one American flag fly is the right decision," Pence said.

Reverend Paul Kalchik's actions sparked protests from LGBT activists last week.

Activists believe it will provide hope during a dark era for LGBT rights under Donald Trump and Mike Pence.

The monument will honor the LGBT community, victims of the Pulse nightclub shooting and 'all victims of hate, intolerance and violence.'
