A fifth person was shot in the face and transported to Atlanta Medical Center.
The names of three of the victims were withheld to respect their family member's wishes.
"One of the children accessed an unsecured shotgun and shot her through the back of the seat," cops said.
Authorities reportedly said that "several people are down" at the bank.
"I'm ready to die...," the suspect allegedly wrote on Facebook.
Arthur Edigin reportedly barricaded himself in a hotel room before being found dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
"He's shooting at me," the panicked victim remarked in the footage released by local cops this week.
"This is not justice," said Reverend Marvin Hunter, the great-uncle of slain teenager Laquan McDonald.
The suspect later allegedly police she "was trying to be like Bonnie and Clyde."
Whether there were any injuries remained unclear.
The Miami Gardens Police locked down a neighborhood and warned anybody who possibly sees a man believed to have shot three people Friday morning to steer clear. In a tweet, police described the suspect as "ARMED AND DANGEROUS."
Johansen Concepcion De La Ros, 19, was arrested after allegedly shooting the 8-month-old dog last year.
"The major sin involved was being with prostitutes, and then there were also marijuana and gambling," Steven Anderson said.
The child was taken to hospital and the wound was found to not be life-threatening, cops said.

The shooting took place at around 1 p.m. on Friday outside of the auditorium Whitfield Hall and led to multiple law enforcement agencies to descend onto the public, coed campus.
The 7-year-old Texas girl was shot and killed by an unknown gunman on Sunday while sitting in a car with her mother.
Luckily, no employees were injured by the bullets.
Police have described the shooting as "unprovoked" and are continuing their search for the gunman.
More than 25,300 students had gunfire incidents on campus, 94 people were shot and 33 people were killed in 2018.
Young is the eighth person to be arrested in connection to Tekashi 6ix9ine's federal indictment on racketeering charges.
