The California Democrat accused the Jewish ambassador of having dual loyalty in siding with Israel's decision to ban two Muslim congresswomen from entering the country, a claim that's considered an anti-Semitic trope.

"Again, I don't know the background of what her grandmother or relatives were," CBP Chief of Law Enforcement Operations Brian S. Hastings said.

"Mueller gives us a slice of bread, puts ham on it, and then another slice of bread," Lieu tweeted. "Mueller says I didn't make a determination whether or not it's a ham sandwich because I was instructed I can't call it that."
