The congresswoman made the assertion at Trump's Michigan rally on Saturday, adding, "We need strength."
The pro-Trump attorney, who has been referred for disbarment, promoted the debunked conspiracy theory during a Georgia event on Friday.
"When it comes to the unity of America, those days seem distant from our own," former President George W. Bush lamented in remarks at a 9/11 event on Saturday.
"Are we not able to repeat it?" the article asks, a security analyst noted on Saturday.
"Amid the fear, heartbreak, and horror of that day, we saw courage, heroism, and selflessness emerge," wrote Canada's Justin Trudeau.
"There is clearly no plan. There has been no plan. Their plan has basically been happy talk," the GOP senator said Sunday.
"The threat is real. It's acute. It is persistent. And it is something we're focused on with every tool in our arsenal," the national security advisor said Sunday.
Trump's approval rating for handling terrorism was 42 percent, while 51 percent disapproved.
