Meghan Markle's half-sister said Meghan is using her "depression as an excuse for treating people like dishrags" on Inside Edition.
"I'm hoping it's just a dumb question from somebody," Thomas Markle told Piers Morgan on Good Morning Britain. "Could be that simple, a dumb question rather than being a total racist."
Thomas Markle said that he still hoped for reconciliation with the Duchess of Sussex.
Thomas Markle said he doesn't "know who she is now" in a documentary that aired on U.K. television.
In a statement Tuesday, Prince Harry said he's been a "silent witness" to Meghan's "private suffering for too long."
"She says she doesn't know me and she lied and said she was never close to my dad… if pointing out that what she says are all lies breaks your heart, too bad because what I'm saying is the truth."
"We've seen how that ends," the actor added.
"It is in the best interests of the baby for my dad to be included."

Frederick Markle is reportedly a self-proclaimed Catholic bishop with no parishioners.
"Maybe it would be better for you guys if I was dead... then you could pretend to be sad," Thomas Markle told Prince Harry.
"I think no one in media would refuse a paycheck for talking about the royal[s] and, as a family, we're not subject to royal protocol."
"I would do it for you for 1,500 my minimum is much higher," Samantha Markle said.
"Act like a humanitarian act like a woman! If our father dies I'm holding you responsible, Meg!" Samantha Markle said.
"She has no excuse not to meet me."
Thomas Markle said his royal son-in-law may have been a Trump supporter but added: "I would hope not now."
