"POEs [ports of entry] and Border Patrol stations have capacity only for short-term processing and holding of inadmissable aliens," the order states.

The agents detained the jogger and sent her to the DHS-operated Tacoma Northwest Detention Center more than 124 miles away
Lawmakers condemned the policy of separating immigrant families at the U.S.-Mexico border.
"Today's verdict demonstrates the persistent obstacles to accountability in Border Patrol," the Kino Border Initiative said.
The Border Patrol agent became the prime person of interest in the case within an hour of calling 911 to report finding the bodies of the two victims.
