What is The Tourist About?

The Tourist centers around a Northern Irish man (who is mysteriously called The Man) played by Belfast's Jamie Dornan who, after being driven off the road in the Australian outback and seriously injured, wakes up in hospital to find he has no recollection of what happened and no memory of who he is.
