Just a week has gone since the Premier League transfer window closed but the transfer rumor mill shows no sign of stopping.
Arsenal are not losing any sleep over the future of Aaron Ramsey and remain confident the Wales international will sign a new deal with the club. The Daily Mirror reports Chelsea, Barcelona, Manchester United, Lazio and a number of Chinese clubs are monitoring the negotiations between Ramsey and Arsenal.
The Gunners were forced to sell Alexis Sanchez in January after it became obvious he wouldn't sign a new deal and will want to avoid a repeat of the same scenario with Ramsey, who is reportedly holding out for wages of around $318,000-a-week.
Across London, Chelsea are set to keep Willian. The Sun claims the Brazilian, who was linked with a move to Barcelona and United over the last two months, will sign a new two-year deal with the club putting speculations over his future to bed for the time being.
The same paper also reports former Chelsea captain John Terry has emerged as a surprise target for Sporting Lisbon. The former England international spent last season on loan at Aston Villa but is now a free agent and could play abroad for the first time in his career.
However, The Blues will miss out on Daniele Rugani, with the defender set to sign a new deal with Juventus. He was linked with a move to Stamford Bridge earlier this summer but Italian outlet Tuttomercato reports he is ready to pen a new five-year deal with the Bianconeri.
Serie A's transfer window shuts on 17 August and unlike its English counterpart could deliver some late fireworks. AC Milan look on the verge of completing a deal for Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, who was linked with a move to the Premier League and Real Madrid throughout the summer.

However, while the Spanish giants and some of the Premier League heavyweights were reportedly quoted a fee of around $125 million for the Serbian, AC Milan could snap him up for as little as $45 million as reported by reputable Italian financial newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore.
The deal will see Milinkovic-Savic move to Milan on a season-long deal with an option to buy. The Serbian could be joined in Milan by Liverpool's target Adrien Rabiot, as Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport claims the Rossoneri and Paris Saint-Germain have reached an agreement for the midfielder.
Back in England, The Guardian reports Southampton goalkeeper Fraser Forster is set to swap England's south coast for Turkey, with Fenerbache and Besiktas both vying for his signature.
Finally, talkSPORT reports Jack Grealish is close to sign a new deal with Aston Villa. The midfielder was linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur throughout the summer but is now on the verge to agree a new contract with the Championship club.
