Travis Barker's children have publicly expressed approval of their dad's newly announced engagement to partner Kourtney Kardashian.
Blink-182 rocker Barker, 45, popped the big question to the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, 42, at beachside resort the Rosewood Miramar Hotel in Montecito, California, at sunset on Sunday, according to E! News.
Shortly after news of the engagement circulated, Kardashian took to her Instagram account to share photos of the romantic moment, which showed the couple embracing on the beach as large candles and a lavish garland of red roses surrounded them.
Captioning the pair of images, Kardashian wrote: "forever @travisbarker," while her fiancé wrote "FOREVER" in the comments section of her post, along with an infinity symbol.
And Barker's children—son Landon, 17, and daughter Alabama, 15, both of whom he shares with ex-wife with Shanna Moakler—also took to their respective Instagram Stories to celebrate the proposal.
Sharing a brief clip of the happy couple at their celebratory meal with loved ones, Landon wrote: "Congratulations @kourtneykardash and @travisbarker. I'm so happy for you guys love you guys so much!"

Alabama posted a photo of Barker whispering into Kardashian's ear as she laughed, adding Bruno Mars' romantic hit "Marry You" as the soundtrack.
She captioned the romantic post: "So happy for you guys. I love you both!"
Barker also remains close to Moakler's daughter, Atiana De La Hoya, who also shared photos from the family engagement dinner on her Instagram Story.
Kardashian's sister, Kim Kardashian West, marked the moment by sharing a slow-mo clip of the happy couple kissing at the celebratory meal as she zoomed in on the sparkling diamond ring sported by her Keeping Up with the Kardashians co-star.
Captioning the footage, the mother-of-four wrote: "KRAVIS FOREVER @kourtneykardash @travisbarker," along with a ring emoji.
Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner and her partner Corey Gamble were also present at the engagement dinner, as well as the bride-to-be's sister Khloe Kardashian and her on-off boyfriend Tristan Thompson, according to E! News.
Longtime friends Kourtney Kardashian and Barker went public with their romance nine months ago, and have been seen openly displaying their affection for one another on various outings, and in social media posts.

Ahead of the Sunday proposal, Kardashian traveled with Barker to New York City, where she supported the musician as he performed alongside Young Thug on the most recent episode of Saturday Night Live.
During an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show back in March, Barker gushed about his romance with Kardashian.
"Now I'm spending time with a woman who's a great mom, who's a great friend and you don't have to worry about any of those things," he told titular host Drew Barrymore, per Us Weekly. "It just comes natural. It's like a maturity thing."

"I also really like missing someone and cherishing the time that I spent with them instead of every day being with them—especially the beginning of the relationship," he added, as he spoke about his romantic preferences. "I think missing someone is so important."
This will be the first marriage for Kardashian, who shares three children—Mason, 11, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 6—with ex Scott Disick.
Barker previously tied the knot with Melissa Kennedy in 2001, before filing for divorce nine months later in August 2002. He then married Miss USA 1995 Moakler in 2004. Barker filed for divorce in 2006, with their union officially dissolved in 2008.
