Spoilers: Exclusive 'Botched' Sneak Peek: Koffa's Face is 'Skin and Bones' Due to an Autoimmune Disease, but Will the Doctors be Able to Help?

Botched will return to E! Wednesday with a medical mystery. The exclusive clip introduces the story of Koffa, a woman who was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease known as sarcoidosis.

The disease affects fewer than 200,000 people in the U.S. and can affect numerous organs in the body; however, mainly attacking the lungs and lymph glands. Sarcoidosis leaves abnormal masses or nodules, called granulomas, which consists of inflamed tissues form in certain organs of the body, according to WebMD.

Koffa says in the clip that the disease has left her face with "skin and bones." Along with the facial effects of her autoimmune disease, Koffa is also plagued with a botched breast augmentation.

"I have this left breast that is ready for a night out, and then I have this right breast that is down for the count," she says in the clip.

With hallowed cheeks and an encapsulated breast, Koffa is enlisting the help of Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif to help gain her confidence back.

"I'm tired of feeling devastated and pissed off, like why is this happening," she questioned to the camera.

Last week, the Botched doctors took on the cases of an "implant spitter" and a "surprise nose job."

Jessie, who had previously wanted bigger breasts due to men cheating on her with well-endowed women, had "paper thin" skin due to multiple botched surgeries. Dr. Dubrow had his work cut out for him, saying she was "the hardest case in [his] world."

At the conclusion of the episode, however, Jessie had a successful surgery and was finally about to wear a bikini with confidence.

Mariela was a case of an unsolicited surgery. Going under the knife for what she thought was a liposuction procedure, Mariela woke up with a new nose.

"Performing unconsented surgeries is considered battery because the patient can't voice their opinion–they're unconscious," Dr. Nassif said to the camera.

Plagued with bullying, Mariela had enough of her "pig nose." Dr. Nassif worked his magic, and by the end of the episode, she had a nose she could be proud of.
