Kenyan middle-distance runner Caleb Ndiku is hardly in need of motivation ahead of this summer's Olympic Games.
Ndiku, 23, was the silver medallist in the 5,000 meters at the 2015 Beijing World Athletics Championships and will look to go one better than that in Rio de Janeiro in August.
If he does need a little extra pizzazz in training, though, rap artist Machakos Kyalo is here to help.
Kyalo has written a catchy tribute song to the reigning world indoor and Commonwealth champion for the 3,000 and 5,000 meters respectively entitled, aptly, "Run Caleb Ndiku." As the rapper explains in his blurb to the YouTube video, both athlete and musician come from the town of Machakos, in the far south of Kenya.
Ndiku, who appears in the video, finished second to Briton Mo Farah in Beijing in 2012, so perhaps his side career as a guest artist will give him the extra spark needed to beat the reigning Olympic champion.
