The latest Powerball drawing is now worth $750 million with a cash option of $465.5 million, according to the lottery website. The drawing is held at 10:59 p.m. in Atlanta, Georgia.

During the last Powerball drawing on Saturday, no one was able to win the $625 million prize. Although there were no winners, there were two winners from Florida and Wisconsin who won two million dollars after matching five of the winning numbers and the Powerplay. There were also one million dollar winners in Florida, Illinois, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Hampshire, New York, and South Carolina, the Powerball website states.

"A lot like the flowers in the southwest, this $625 million Powerball jackpot is a spectacular super bloom," said David Barden, Powerball Product Group Chairman and New Mexico Lottery CEO said in a statement at the time. "It does not happen often – and when it does, everyone wants to be a part of it."

Powerball is played in 44 states across the nation. Tickets only cost $2 to play and can be purchased in gas stores and convenience stores in participating states. To play the game, lottery players choose five numbers from one to 69 and then select another number ranging from one to 26 for the Powerball. For an extra dollar, players can also purchase a Power Play, which can multiply non-jackpot prizes by two to 10 times more.

Lottery players who wish to remain anonymous if they win the jackpot prize should check the rules in their participating state and the rules of the lottery drawing. Some states are required by law to give the winner's name, residing city, and prize amount they won to any third party that requests the information, according to the Powerball website.

The winning numbers are updated on the website every night there is a drawing. To watch the drawing live, it is broadcasted on television stations across the U.S. The drawings can also be viewed live online from the news station in Atlanta.
