What Has Khloe Kardashian Said About Her COVID-19 Diagnosis?

Khloe Kardashian had a vicious experience with coronavirus earlier in the year. The reality star is set to open up about her bout with the illness in the upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, scheduled to air on E! on Thursday.

In a sneak peek clip of the show, 26-year-old Kardashian films herself in bed and details some of the symptoms she's faced after testing positive for COVID-19. Her voice is noticeably hoarse as she speaks.

"I just found out that I do have corona. I've been in my room. It's going to be fine, but it was really bad for a couple of days—vomiting and shaking and hot and then cold," Kardashian says. "I suffer from migraines but this was the craziest headache. I wouldn't say it was a migraine. The coughing—my chest would burn when I would cough, and my throat is still not fully recovered, clearly."

She adds: "Let me tell you, that s**t is real. But we're all gonna get through this. Pray, and if we follow orders and listen, we're all gonna be ok. May God bless us all."

It's unclear when exactly Kardashian suffered from the virus. Episodes of the 20th and final season of KUWTK were filmed much earlier in the year, and previous teasers have documented members of the family receiving tests.

Kardashian's COVID-10 diagnosis comes on the heels of her sister Kim Kardashian West's big birthday celebration. Kardashian West shared photos on Tuesday of her family and friends being whisked away to a private resort island to celebrate her 40th birthday and was later criticized by hundreds of people on social media for sharing the tone-deaf content in the midst of a pandemic that has killed thousands in the U.S.

"After 2 weeks of multiple health screens and asking everyone to quarantine, I surprised my closest inner circle with a trip to a private island where we could pretend things were normal just for a brief moment in time," Kardashian West tweeted along with a string of photos of her family hanging out on a private beach

A clearly recovered Khloe Kardashian was also spotted in photos of her sister's birthday celebration.

Khloe Kardashian isn't the only one from the famous family that struggled with coronavirus earlier in 2020. Kardashian West's husband Kanye West revealed in a July interview with Forbes that he too suffered from similar symptoms of the virus.
