What Will Donald, Melania Trump Get Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for Royal Wedding Gift? White House Reveals Present
President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump may not be invited to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's royal wedding on Saturday, but that isn't stopping them from sending a present to the couple.
The president and his wife "will be making a contribution to one of the seven charities the royal couple has designated in lieu of gifts," White House deputy press secretary Lindsay Walters said, according to ABC.

Prince Harry and Markle's wedding guest list was subject to a number of controversies. For one, it was rumored that the couple did not invite the Obamas, whom they are friendly with, for fear of infuriating President Donald Trump, of whom they are not the biggest fans.
In May 2016, before Markle and the prince announced their engagement, she called Trump "divisive." "Think about just female voters alone. I think it was in 2012, the Republican Party lost the female vote by 12 points," Markle said. "That's a huge number and with as misogynistic as Trump is and so vocal about it, that's a huge chunk of it.
In contrast, prince Harry and and former President Barack Obama grew close after the prince had Obama as his guest at the sporting event Invictus Games last September in Toronto. The two were captured in pictures talking and laughing along with ex-Vice President Joe Biden and his wife.
Invitations for the wedding at St. George's Chapel of Windsor Castle were sent to 600 people. But guests did not include Prime Minister Theresa May, or even Markle's half-siblings, who publicly complained about the lack of invitation.
The prince and his fiancé chose to direct contributions to charities advancing women's empowerment, conserving the environment, helping the armed forces and addressing homelessness. The Trumps have not announced which organization they will donate to.
