As Bachelor In Paradise comes to a close, a new beginning lies ahead. Not only will a few couples get engaged on the finale, but a new Bachelor will likely be announced on the reunion show. The reunion filmed a few months after Season 6 filming ended, so viewers won't be out of the post-show drama loop. Here's what you need to know, from air date to spoilers.

When will the episode air?

The Bachelor In Paradise reunion will air on September 17. The schedule is abnormal compared to most years, as it will overlap with Dancing With The Stars.

What's the big drama?

The main drama from Season 6 of Bachelor In Paradise led the reunion conversation, according to Reality Steve, who attended the taping. Caelynn Miller-Keyes and Blake Horstmann were subject to more conversation about the Stagecoach Festival. At the festival, Horstmann slept with both Miller-Keyes and Kristina Schulman.

According to Reality Steve, Miller-Keyes received audience support though she claimed she exaggerated details and lied about their experience. Schulman also apparently steps in and claims Miller-Keyes slept with another man at Stagecoach the night before Horstmann.

Other drama follows Christian Estrada and Jordan Kimball, who were removed from the show for fighting.

There's also trouble after Paradise for one of the engaged couples, Katie Morton and Chris Bukowski. The pair reveal their issues on stage and apparently resolve them enough that Morton feels comfortable putting her engagement ring back on.

Which couples are still together?

Three couples are said to be engaged after Bachelor In Paradise: Morton and Bukowski, Demi Burnett and Kristian Haggerty and Dylan Barbour and Hannah Godwin.

A handful of other couples are reportedly together, though they are not engaged. These are Miller-Keyes and Dean Unglert, Tayshia Adams and John Paul Jones and Whitney Fransway and Conner Saeli.

Who is the next Bachelor?

The reunion special will also introduce the new Bachelor, Peter Weber. Weber is a pilot from Hannah Brown's season of The Bachelorette. Reality Steve expects Weber's season will begin filming a week after the Paradise reunion airs. Typically, the Bachelor or Bachelorette is announced on a live special.

The spoiler site revealed Weber's demeanor. "He says what pretty much every guy getting introduced in that role says with he's ready to find love, the process works, he's so excited, and he even got emotional on stage talking about it," the blog wrote.
