Who Is Brittany Pattakos? 'Botched' Dr. Nassif Pops the Question to 28-Year-Old Medical Assistant

Botched star Dr. Paul Nassif, 56, is officially an engaged man. Popping the question to his 28-year-old girlfriend, Brittany Pattakos Saturday, the two went public with the exciting news via Instagram Monday.

"This weekend I found out I get to spend the rest of my life with my soulmate," Dr. Nassif captioned his engagement video.

The lovebirds are seen aboard a small boat as it approaches a sign bearing Dr. Nassif's face and the question, "Brittany, will you marry me?"

Pattakos also took to Instagram to share the news and provided a shot of her gorgeous sparkler: "Best day of my life! I get to marry my best friend!" The ring was tagged by Harakh, a high-end jeweler in New York City.

It's unclear when the two started dating, but it looks like Pattakos hinted at their relationship back in January 2018. Dr. Nassif's Botched co-star Dr. Terry Dubrow told E! News in December that Dr. Nassif's was in a "new significant relationship."

"Brittany is her name. The four of us went and had dinner. We had a nice time," Nassif added at the time.

Aside from being a soon-to-be Nassif, Pattakos is also a medical assistant at NassifMD Medical Spa, specializing in CoolSculpting, a fat-freezing procedure.

Prior to his engagement to Pattakos, Dr. Nassif was married to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof. The two got married in 2002 and share three children together, however, filed for divorce in August 2012.

"Adrienne and I have tried very hard to make our marriage work, but this is the best course for both of us," Nassif told Us Weekly in a statement at the time. "This is a difficult time for our family and my prime focus is to ensure our boys are well and happy. ... We will get through this."

After their divorce was finalized three months later, the couple issued a joint statement:

"There has been so much untrue negative innuendo and destructive rumors beyond our control. We want the best for each other and we're confident we can help each other make a continuing positive impact with our children ... Our goal is for our children to have stable and nurturing relationships with both of us so we can all find as much happiness as possible."

Botched concluded it's fifth season on E! earlier this year and has been approved for a sixth. It has not been confirmed when the next season will premiere.
