Woman Finds Child Porn on Boyfriend's Phone, Turns Him Into Police Who Make Arrest

A 19-year-old woman from the New Orleans area found sexually explicit photos of children on the mobile phone belonging to her 58-year-old boyfriend and got the police involved, who arrested the man for allegedly possessing pornographic images of children as young as 3-years-old.

Sherneskie Bell, of Kenner, Louisiana, was arrested by the Kenner Police Department with possession of pornography with a juvenile, according to a report. Kenner is a suburb in the New Orleans area.

Police told nola.com that the 19-year-old woman was arguing with her boyfriend in October and angrily grabbed the phone to delete photos of herself but also found sexually explicit photos of children.

The woman found pornographic images of children as young as 3-years-old, Kenner police Lt. Michael Cunningham told nola.com. The woman then called her sister, showing her the phone. The sister looked at the photos and allegedly confronted Bell, Cunningham told nola.com/The Times-Picayune. Kenner police were then contacted and given the phone. Bell allegedly went to police seeking to get his phone back, reporting that his girlfriend's sister had stolen his phone.

"He said he thinks the sister put some pictures on there that are not supposed to be on there," Cunningham told nola.com.

But investigators, allegedly finding 45 explicit photos of children, had a forensic review of the phone conducted, which determined the photos had been downloaded before the sister took the phone, police told nola.com.
