A woman rescued a kitten who was playing outside her apartment and her inspired name suggestion for the feline has left the internet in stitches.
Jules, who uses the social media handle @noteuphoriajules, shared a video in which she spoke about how she found the kitten in traffic by himself, garnering 89,400 likes and 365,400 views on TikTok.
"Anyway, low-key, I wanna name him Traffic," she said in the video, after sharing his frightening origin story: the kitten was wandering the busy road alone.

In the caption, she said part of her wanted to name her new friend Walter White, the protagonist in the crime drama Breaking Bad.
"Can you believe I've seen his mom before? His mom was pregnant, and I was like, 'she's gonna have the cutest kittens ever.'
"There are a bunch of feral cats that live outside my building, but she had four or five of them. And then this one was just off by himself playing in the road, and I live on a really busy street. I kept on trying to put him back with his mom," she said.
No matter how hard Jules tried to reunite the kitten with his mom, the kitty kept running toward her feet, she said. His mom apparently did not react.
"I have a feeling that she was rejecting him because he has no survival instincts," Jules said.
Mother cats may reject their kittens for several reasons, including illness and deformity. According to the pet resource site The Spruce Pets, this behavior is not uncommon and can stem from the mother's instinct to focus her energy on kittens most likely to thrive.
Fortunately for Traffic, he has found safety and comfort in his new home. He has visibly formed a strong bond with his owner as is evident in the video when he perches on her back and makes biscuits on her shoulder.

In another video, Jules spoke about why the story of their union is even more extraordinary. The cat entered her life just two days after her late best friend's birthday—a friend who was tragically hit by a car.
"I find this one playing in traffic, almost getting hit by a car, or multiple cars. Maybe those two events are not related—that could also be true. But right before I found him, I was experiencing probably one of the worst depressions I've experienced in a very long time," she said.
She went on to share that it felt like her friend had sent her the cat, describing it as a "soul cat interaction."
Many believe in the "cat distribution system," a theory suggesting that cats show up in people's lives when they need them the most.
The union between the woman and her new furry friend melted hearts online, and many were fans of the new name choice.
"Traffic is such a good name for a cat," said one user.
"Walter Traffic Cone White reporting for duty!" suggested another viewer.
"Pancake bc he almost was one lmao," quipped a third.
"He just knows he ain't for the streets. Choosing the boujee life," remarked a cat lover.
