Woman With No Mask in Store Commands 'Demon' to Leave Aisle, Invokes Jesus Christ

A woman with no face mask was recently seen in a Fred Meyer grocery store commanding a "demon" to leave the aisle she was in while calling for Jesus Christ's help.

As the video of the incident, which reportedly occurred in Longview, Washington, begins, the woman can be heard in the background yelling, "I said get off this aisle."

When the person filming the video moves closer to the woman, she can be heard shouting, "I command you in Jesus Christ's name to get off this aisle." The video then shows a store employee trying to calm down the woman, but she refuses and continues to yell "Back off! Back off!"

"You need to leave, in Jesus Christ's mighty name," the woman adds before continuing to yell "Back off!"

She then comes face to face with another woman in the aisle, yelling, "Get off this aisle. You are a demon. Get off this aisle and buy something."

After walking back down the aisle, the woman says, "That's right, until I buy something, then I will happily leave. I refuse you all and cast you into the life of fire in Jesus Christ's mighty name."

The woman then tells an employee standing at the end of the aisle to stay out of it until she can buy something.

"Have respect for Jesus Christ's saints," she said, again telling the employee to stay out of the aisle until she buys something.

As the woman continues to yell while walking down the aisle, telling others to leave, the person filming the video can be heard asking, "Is that the way you think you're really gonna get your message across?"

That person continues: "She doesn't want anyone to go down that aisle until she can get what she wants and leave the aisle. So she's rebuking everyone that enters the aisle."

Newsweek reached out to Fred Meyer for comment but did not receive a response in time for publication.

A subsequent video of the incident, posted to Twitter by user Tera Lee, shows the woman being held down by a man at the front of the store. She can be heard yelling "Let go of me."

The person filming the second video then says, "She can say whatever she wants, but she was getting in elderly ladies' faces and stuff and that's not cool. They were on the aisle, and she was screaming in their faces and chasing them off."
