A pair of mischievous miniature Australian labradoodles have been caught out by their owner when she returned home to find them in an unexpected spot—sitting proud on the kitchen table.
Teddy, aged 1, and Indy, aged 3, were caught perched comfortably on the kitchen island when owner Mandy returned to her home in Almere, a city in the Netherlands.
"I've secretly caught Teddy on the table before, but I never expected her to actually sit there waiting for me to come home," Mandy, who didn't give her surname, told Newsweek. "When I saw them sitting on the table like that, I couldn't help but laugh because, of course, they're not supposed to be up there."

In the video, neither dog looks concerned about being caught on the side, and Teddy even manages to turn things around, instead barking at the owner, seemingly shocked.
Teddy continues to bark and slides across the table, while Indy sits looking unbothered by being caught out.
"When I walked in, she acted as if nothing had happened, like it was the most normal thing in the world," Mandy said, but she wasn't worried. "Oh well, they're dogs, and sometimes they get up to some mischief."

Fellow pet owners couldn't get enough as the video gained over 202,000 views on TikTok.
"I think they were finishing up with the dishes," joked TikTok user Tammy, while fellow pet owner Julie shared a similar story from her own life: "After 8 years, we finally caught ours on the island with her face in a bowl of leftover mac 'n' cheese," she said.
Viewer Vanessa posted that her dog has a similar love for perching up high: "Our mini sheepadoodle loves to sit on our night stands," she wrote.
"I thought I had to share this video of these two little troublemakers because I found it so funny myself—especially the way Teddy slides across the table," Mandy said.
This isn't the first time a dog has been caught out doing something naughty, such as the large dog who was caught on camera indulging in some unattended cake at a coffee shop.
Last week, internet viewers rallied to defend a Great Pyrenees dog who was caught red-handed destroying his owner's pillows, leaving behind a trail of fluff.
