There's no denying that grandchildren get spoiled while with their grandparents. Between the endless treats and relaxed rules, it's always a fight to get them to leave.
One pet parent didn't know the extent of what spoiled meant until she picked up her dog at "grandma's daycare" in a recent TikTok video. In the clip posted to the account @princess.poppyyy, dog owner Vanessa walked in after running a few errands to find her boxer, Poppy, sitting with Grandma in the bed. The two were bonding while sharing a piece of apple pie.
Vanessa always suspected Poppy got spoiled at Grandma's house, but she hadn't realized Poppy was living a life of luxury. A life that Poppy already knew the drill: wear a napkin around her neck and patiently wait her turn. Grandma would take a bite and then, using the same fork, Grandma would share a nibble with Poppy.

Vanessa tried butting in and said "Excuse me," but in Grandma's house, it's Grandma's rules. Grandma responded by saying: "No, excuse you. We're having pie."

...
The two ignored Vanessa and continued eating. Grandma even asked Poppy about her thoughts on how the pie was made. The dog agreed when Grandma suggested it was too many apples and not enough crust. But that didn't stop Poppy from eating. She licked the entire plate clean.
"When I saw this, I wasn't surprised one bit!" the owner told Newsweek via email.
She said this is how it typically goes at Grandma's house when Poppy goes over for visits.
"Although Poppy loves going to grandma's for naughtiness, she does love to come home to mom and dad at night!" she said.
TikTok Reacts
With over 1.4 million views, 123,400 likes and nearly 3,000 comments as of Monday, the TikTok video brought new expectations to doggy daycares.
"This is the level of dog sitting that I expect," wrote a viewer, while a second echoed: "Grandma's house, grandma's rules. How cute."
Another pointed out: "It's the bib for me."
Aside from people loving Grandma spoiling Poppy, the comment section was filled with differing opinions about how Grandma shared the fork with the dog.
"If you're not sharing cutlery with your dog you're not living life correctly," said one person.
On the flip side, someone commented: "Sharing is caring, but not the utensil."
