A video of a woman exercising in a gym with very long nails and extremely high heels has gone viral online.
The footage, which has attracted more than 2.9 million views on TikTok, was posted by Canadian social media influencer and singer, Vials.
The Vancouver native, with waist-length pink hair and colorful four-inch nails, can be seen performing a variety of strenuous activities while wearing eight-inch heeled boots.
The star, who has more than 1.3 million followers on the app, completed her look with a full face of vibrant make up.
In the footage, we see her lifting heaving dumbbells, doing pull-ups, riding on an exercise bike and performing core exercises, among other things.
Text overlaying the footage reads: "I train 5-7 days a week cardio, strength, & HIT & nothing is gonna stop me. Just remember #1 rule: always protect the nails and a reminder literally anything is possible: I'm gonna do the whole thing in 8" platforms."

The clip has gained lots of traction online since it was shared on December 19, having attracted more than 802,800 likes.
Many people also rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts on the footage.
One TikTok user, Mischief Managed, wrote: "See now I don't even have an excuse."
Another person, Ashnicoleefitness, added: "POV: your looking for the gym bros comments but then realise they are probably hiding afraid right now."
User4055289750571 typed: "Okay but if I saw someone like you I would be so comfy and not feel judged for working out."
To this Vials responded: "Awww!! i wish you would never feel judged ignore anyone who dare disturb your peace!!"
