‘World of Dance’ Season 2, Episode 9 Duels Recap and Results: Who Left and Who Stayed Tonight?

“World of Dance” Season 2 Duels rounds begin tonight. Find out who gets eliminated and who moves on to the Cut, here.

World of Dance Duels rounds are finally here. Starting on Wednesday, July 25 at 8 p.m. EDT, the competition heats up as acts pair to compete head-to-head in a two-hour event you won’t want to miss.

The highest-scoring acts in each of the four divisions (Junior, Junior Team, Upper, Upper Team) will choose their opponents in the duels. Each act will perform and the judges will submit their scores based off their five-point scoring system. The team with the highest average will move on to the next round, The Cut, while the losing act will be eliminated.

During the Qualifiers, over 60 acts scored an 80 or above, making them eligible to move on to the Duels. Tonight is the first night we’ll see a mass exodus of dancers as the judges submit their scores.

As soon as tonight’s show kicks off, we’ll be adding live updates and recap information about who made it through and who was eliminated. In the meantime, if you missed any of the earlier qualifying rounds, you can find a complete list of dancers who made it to this season's Duels by order of score at the bottom of this post.
