'WWE 2K19' DLC: Moves Pack Now Available On PS4, Xbox One and PC

WWE 2K19 just released its latest DLC pack, adding new moves for your Superstars from both new and veteran talent. This includes signature moves from the likes of Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy, Tyler Bate and Mustafa Ali.

There are more than 50 new moves and taunts included in the Moves Pack DLC. Some highlights are as follows:

  • Atomic Drop into Double Leg Combo (made popular by WWE Superstar Jeff Hardy).
  • Exploder vs. Opponent on the Apron (made popular by NXT Superstar Tyler Bate).
  • Slingshot X-Factor (made popular by 205 Live Superstar Mustafa Ali).
  • Assisted Twist of Fate, Avalanche Splash & Side Effect Combo and the Senton & Leg Drop Combo (made popular by WWE Superstars Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt).
  • Claymore Kick and Zig Zag combo (made popular by WWE Superstars Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler)
  • Springboard Slingblade (made popular by WWE Superstar Finn Balor)

Most of the moves are from the recent pairing of Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt. While those two don't wrestle as a team anymore (and Matt possibly retired from in-ring action), they did create a unique moveset in the short time they were a pair. It's also great to see more moves from Mustafa Ali, as he is criminally underrated in WWE, and has an incredibly varied and unique moveset.

Assisted Twist of Fate 2
The Assisted Twist of Fate is now in WWE 2K19 thanks to the new Moves Pack DLC 2K

It's funny, but the WWE 2K19 Moves Pack includes moves you would never see in a WWE ring. The most obvious is the Suplex Piledriver seen in the trailer above. Piledrivers (outside of the Tombstone Piledriver from The Undertaker) have been banned for years because of the risk of serious neck injuries.

The Moves Pack is available for PS4, Xbox One and PC right now. The DLC pack costs $3.99. The Moves Pack is also included in the WWE 2K19 Season Pass.

One more DLC pack is planned for WWE 2K19. The Rising Stars pack adds several NXT Superstars that didn't make the cut for the main 2K19 roster. The pack includes Candice LeRae, Dakota Kai, Lacey Evans, Lio Rush, Maria Kanellis, Mike Kanellis and Ricochet. There is no set release date for the Rising Stars pack, but expect to see this released in early 2019. The Rising Stars pack is also included in the WWE 2K19 Season Pass, and will be available separately for $9.99.

So what do you think? Are you excited to try out any of the moves in the Moves Pack in WWE 2K19? What other wrestlers or moves would you like to see added to 2K19? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
