WWE Monday Night RAW Results: Becky Lynch Defends Women's Championship Against Asuka
The WWE continues to build towards WrestleMania in Tampa, and it starts with a huge championship rematch as well as a massive tag team match between the show's top stars.
First, RAW Women's Champion Becky Lynch answered Asuka's challenge for a rematch. These two tore the house down in their bout at the Royal Rumble with Lynch picking up her first victory against the "Empress of Tomorrow." Not one to take a defeat lightly, Asuka looks to become a double champion on tonight's episode. Will Lynch remain RAW Women's Champion heading to WrestleMania?
In the second main event, Seth Rollins and his disciples—Buddy Murphy and AOP—take on Kevin Owens, The Viking Raiders and a returning Samoa Joe in an eight-man tag match. This will be Joe's first match since injuring himself on RAW two weeks ago, and he'll look to get revenge on Rollins and the rest of his crew.
Rollins and his faction have gotten the better of Kevin Owens lately, but with his own alliance at full strength, will the tables finally turn? Or will the "Monday Night Messiah" continue to show the fans and the rest of the RAW locker room that he's on the right side of history?
Ricochet won a Triple Threat match to become the number one contender for Brock Lesnar's WWE Championship at Super Showdown. Besting Seth Rollins and Bobby Lashley was no small feat, but Lesnar himself showed up in the closing seconds of last week's RAW to send a message to his next opponent. How will Ricochet respond this week and will we see Lesnar on RAW tonight?
Finally, Ruby Riott made her long-awaited return from injury last week to the surprise of many including former Riott Squad team member Liv Morgan. After Morgan defeated Lana, Riott arrived to the ring and attacked Liv. Will we learn Ruby's motivations tonight? How will Liv Morgan respond?
Here's everything that happened on the February 10 episode of Monday Night RAW.
