We're less than two weeks from the Super Showdown event, but WWE is putting on another show for the fans this weekend with the inaugural Stomping Grounds pay-per-view.
Many of the matches on the Stomping Grounds card continue the feuds from Super Showdown, but now that the WWE is running the show in the States there should be some lasting effects and hopefully the pay-per-view marks the end of some of these feuds.
We're on the road to SummerSlam in August so Stomping Grounds will likely mark the end of certain feuds and hopefully build up new ones in the next few weeks.

There are nine confirmed matches on the Stomping Grounds card with seven titles on the line. Here's a rundown of every Stomping Grounds match with background on each.

ROMAN REIGNS VS DREW MCINTYRE
Shane McMahon is the biggest heel on both brands, and he cemented his status after he defeated Roman Reigns - with the help of Drew McIntyre - at Super Showdown. Roman is looking to get his revenge on Shane, but he has to get rid of the "Scottish Psychopath" first.

XAVIER WOODS AND BIG E VS SAMI ZAYN AND KEVIN OWENS
Kevin Owens has been a thorn in the side of Kofi Kingston and the New Day for months, and now that Sami Zayn has returned the duo are continually getting involved in feuds on both Monday Night RAW and SmackDown Live.
Big E and Xavier Woods are looking to take out Zayn and Owens before Kofi's match later on in the card, while KO and Zayn want to further their own agendas.

TONY NESE (c) VS AKIRA TOZAWA VS DREW GULAK - CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Tony Nese's run as Cruiserweight Championship has been a bit underwhelming as he hasn't had much competition since WrestleMania. However, the title match at Stomping Grounds will be his toughest yet.
After a screwy finish last week Drew Gulak and Akira Tozawa became number one contenders, so now Nese will have to contend with both wrestlers in the match on Sunday.
...
DANIEL BRYAN AND ROWAN (c) VS HEAVY MACHINERY - SMACKDOWN LIVE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Heavy Machinery has been looking for a title match against Daniel Bryan and Rowan for weeks, but the "Planet's Champions" have ignored them. Tucker and Otis have taken out tag team after tag team to get the champs' attention and have finally been granted a title match.
Are Heavy Machinery in over their heads or do they actually have a shot?
...
SAMOA JOE (c) VS RICOCHET - U.S. CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Ricochet outlasted Braun Strowman, Cesaro, Bobby Lashley and The Miz to become number one contender. While Samoa Joe just got back his U.S. Championship after Rey Mysterio relinquished it, he doesn't want to let his title go and doesn't see Ricochet as a worthy competitor.
The high-flying Ricochet has proven people wrong in the past with his incredible in-ring ability and he looks to make Samoa Joe a believer on Sunday.
...
BAYLEY (c) VS ALEXA BLISS - SMACKDOWN WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Bayley won her first SmackDown Women's Championship after cashing-in on Charlotte at Money in the Bank, but she's had plenty of competitors on both brands step up to her. Her next opponent is RAW superstar Alexa Bliss who won her number one contendership match.
The two have a lot of history on Monday Night RAW - remember the "Bayley, this is your life" segment? - but Bayley says she's a different superstar since then. Alexa, on the other hand, has Nikki Cross in her corner who could play a factor on Sunday.
...
BECKY LYNCH (c) VS LACEY EVANS - RAW WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Lacey Evans couldn't beat Becky Lynch at Money in the Bank, but she did cost "The Man" her SmackDown Women's Championship. Lynch is looking to get back at Lacey for that night by defeating her a second time and sending her to the back of the line.
...
KOFI KINGSTON (c) VS DOLPH ZIGGLER - WWE CHAMPIONSHIP CAGE MATCH
Dolph Ziggler returned from his hiatus to challenge Kofi Kingston because he felt that all the opportunities the WWE Championship received should have went to him.
Kofi already defeated Ziggler at Super Showdown with an assist from Xavier Woods so Dolph demanded a rematch in a Cage to eliminate any outside interference.
...
SETH ROLLINS (c) VS BARON CORBIN - UNIVERSAL CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Corbin lost to Seth Rollins at Super Showdown but claims the referee distracted him. He was granted a rematch with a special guest referee of his choosing. However, every WWE Superstar who even thought about being the referee of this match received chair shots courtesy of the Universal Champion.
Seth Rollins is confident he can take down Corbin, but whoever the special guest referee winds up being could spell trouble for "The Architect."
WWE Stomping Grounds will stream live Sunday, June 23 at 7 p.m. EDT.
