Actually, It's Not the First Time Kylie Jenner Changed Her Child's Name
Kylie Jenner announced on March 21 that she and her and boyfriend, Travis Scott, have decided to change their child's name. However, this isn't the first time they changed the name of one of their children.
Previously Wolf Webster, Jenner announced via Instagram stories that they will not be calling their son Wolf.
"We just really didn't feel like it was him," Jenner wrote. The businesswoman's 2nd child was born on February 2nd, 2022. She has yet to confirm what new name they will give their child.
Also recently released, the reality TV star uploaded "To Our Son" on her official YouTube channel. Similar to the video she uploaded for daughter Stormi, the Kardashian/Jenner sisters recorded a special message for Kylie and the recent addition to the Kardashian/Jenner family. Throughout the video, there were never-before-seen clips of Jenner with her daughter, her growing belly, doctor visits, the baby shower, and moments after Jenner gave birth.
Sister and aunt Kim Kardashian shared a heartfelt message with daughter, North.
"I just want you to know we love you so much. We got you for life, your family for life. I pray that you love the family that you are born into because we're very special. We love you and can't wait to meet you," she said.
Jenner recently shared many other memories on her Instagram page, including her newborn baby son's hand, more pregnancy shots, and pictures of her and Scott.
The name change isn't new to Jenner as it happened with her first child, Stormi Webster. Jenner admitted that it was a last minute change with YouTuber James Charles. She liked the weather themed names like Storm, but she wanted it to end with an "-ie" like her name does.
She explained: "It was always Stormie with an '-ie'. I bought custom things for her that said her name, '-ie'. I bought her the blocks, '-ie.' I didn't fully choose her name, I wanted to have a week of just me and her to see if I wanted to change it."
"I had one other name in mind, but Stormi always felt like her name from when she was in the womb. It's almost like she chose her name."
When she went to get the birth certificate information settled, that's when she changed it from "Stormie" to "Stormi."
"I hung up the phone and I was like 'damn, guess that's her name,'" she added.
