'Quordle' #121 Answer Guide: Pro Tips To Solve Wednesday, May 25 Puzzle

Quordle is a daily word puzzle for those finding themselves unchallenged by Wordle, the original online puzzle game that became an internet sensation in 2021.

Quordle, which emerged earlier this year, has four times as many solutions for puzzle enthusiasts to crack every day. While The New York Times' Wordle gives players six attempts to crack a single five-letter word, Quordle users must guess four five-letter words in just nine attempts.

Similar to Wordle, the puzzle has a coded way of indicating whether a player has guessed a letter correctly, using a yellow, green, and gray square system.

A gray tile indicates that the chosen letter is incorrect and not part of the answer at all, a yellow tile means a player has chosen a letter that features in the answers of the day but in the wrong place, while a green square informs players that they have guessed a letter in the correct place.

Quordle has proven popular with puzzle enthusiasts who need more of a challenge than Wordle.
