Jose Mourinho: David Beckham 'Cannot Wait' For New Manchester United Manager

David Beckham "cannot wait" for Jose Mourinho to start work at Manchester United.
The Portuguese took charge of the English Premier League side in May, following the disappointing reign of Louis Van Gaal.
And Beckham, who played under perhaps United's most legendary manager in Sir Alex Ferguson, said he is itching to see Mourinho start work at Old Trafford.
"I think it [Mourinho's appointment] is perfect," Beckham said. "I loved Jose as a manager, and bringing him back to the Premier League needed to happen."
Mourinho's first competitive fixture as United manager will be the FA Community Shield on Saturday, August 7, against Premier League champion Leicester City.
The 53-year-old has already made a significant signing, in 22-year-old Ivorian Eric Bailly from Villarreal.
