Sean "Diddy" Combs has been accused of rape and sexual assault by three men in separate lawsuits filed in New York State Supreme Court, according to a report published by NBC News*.*
The plaintiffs, represented anonymously by attorney Thomas Giuffra, allege that Combs drugged their drinks and attacked them while they were unconscious.

What Are the Allegations Against Sean 'Diddy' Combs?
The man alleged Combs served him a drink and said that "two minutes, I start to feel like, just very tired, very sleepy."
He said that when he regained consciousness, Combs was raping him, and when he tried to stop him, he recalled Combs telling him: "I'm almost done."
Giuffra told NBC News that the way Combs went after the men was 'very consistent'
He said: "He would hit them with the drinks, knock them out," and when they woke up, "he'd be raping them."
The latest lawsuits against the music mogul are part of a growing number of legal actions filed in recent months with all complainants remaining anonymous.
These suits accuse Combs of assault and rape, alleging similar circumstances dating back to the 1990s.
How Far Back Do the Allegations Against Combs Go?
Combs, 55, has been in custody since September following his arrest by federal agents, who charged him with running a years-long scheme to sexually abuse and exploit women.
Prosecutors allege Combs used his business empire to coerce victims into participating in drug-fueled sex acts with male workers, which he allegedly orchestrated and recorded.
Combs, who is currently held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, has pleaded not guilty to charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution.
His legal team maintains his innocence and has sought bail, which has been denied three times ahead of his criminal trial set for May.
How Has Combs' Legal Team Responded to the Allegations?
The new lawsuits are seeking unspecified damages from Combs and his associated companies, including Bad Boy Entertainment and Sony Music.
Combs' legal troubles have intensified since 2023, when his ex-girlfriend, Casandra "Cassie" Ventura, filed a lawsuit accusing him of assault and sex trafficking during their relationship.
Combs denied the allegations but settled the case for an undisclosed amount.
However, CNN released a 2016 hotel surveillance video showing Combs beating Ventura, prompting an apology from him.
Other lawsuits have followed, including one from former Danity Kane member Dawn Richard, who accused Combs of physical abuse and threats to her life.
Combs has rejected all such claims, calling them "sickening" and asserting that they are motivated by a desire for money.
Combs' legal team denied the new allegations, stating, "We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him."
