A hilarious video has captured one dog's priceless reaction to thinking his owners have hidden his ball.
German shepherd Onyx has gained 1.4 million views on TikTok in a video shared by his owner, Nikki.
In the video, Onyx's confused reaction and vocal protests are clear as he goes to each member of the family, mistakenly believing that his beloved ball has been hidden from him. The caption joked: "Ever seen a doggy tantrum?"

"We like to play hide and seek with him and his ball, and I think he thought we had it even though we didn't," Nikki, owner of Pawsitively Holistic Grooming Products, told Newsweek.
Onyx barrels into the room, displaying a mixture of suspicion and determination. He seemingly accuses his owners of concealing his cherished toy.

His gestures and vocalizations sparked laughter among TikTok users, who shared their reactions in the video's now-viral comments.
"First time seeing a dog just walk in and start cursing at everyone," joked Ulita Heilala. While viewer @bris2999 joked about Onyx's reaction and quipped: "The good thing is he stayed calm and didn't overreact."
TikToker Ms.Freda joked, "He was ready to throw paw."
Nikki emphasized that Onyx's reaction stemmed from a misunderstanding and that they had not hidden the dog's toy. "Some people thought he was being vicious, and we were being cruel; definitely not the case," Nikki said. "This is just him."
This isn't the first time a dog and his ball have gained viral attention. In 2022, a golden retriever's reaction to losing his ball devastated the internet. When Elton lost his ball while playing at the park, the way he buried his head in his owner's legs broke people's hearts.
Earlier this year, a dog finally got "closure" after being reunited with a ball she had been looking for for years.
Ashoka lost her toy in the swimming pool more than two years ago. But recently, the family took drastic measures to reunite the dog with her old toy, removing a tile to rescue the dirty ball. When they got it out, the Doberman was overjoyed. She instantly grabbed her toy and started to play with it.
In the end, Onyx found his ball exactly where he left it, but the video of the hilarious moment had given many people plenty of joy, which pleased Nikki.
"I love sharing funny dog videos 'cause they cheer me up, and I would like to think it would cheer others up also," Nikki said.
