Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is said to be "furious" with Granit Xhaka following the midfielder's second red card of the season.
Xhaka launched himself two-footed at Burnley midfielder Steven Defour during Arsenal's 2-1 victory at Emirates Stadium Sunday, and received a straight red from referee Jon Moss.
Xhaka, 24, was also sent off against Swansea City in October. This second red card of the season means he will miss Arsenal's next four fixtures, and according to The Daily Mirror, Wenger wants "showdown talks" with the Swiss international.
Wenger was publicly critical of Xhaka following Arsenal's win Sunday, which pulled it up to second in the English Premier League.
The Frenchman said Xhaka, who has picked up nine red cards over the past three years, including his time with Bundesliga side Borussia Mönchengladbach, was "punishing" Arsenal.
