President Donald Trump on Friday dismissed newly released photos from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate that show him among others, saying the images were insignificant and that he had not seen them.

“I haven’t seen it, but I mean, everybody knew this man,” Trump said in a response at the White House.

Trump added that Epstein was “all over Palm Beach” and had “photos with everybody.”

“That’s no big deal,” Trump said. “I know nothing about it.”

The White House has reacted to the release by claiming the Democrats are "selectively releasing cherry-picked photos with random redactions to try and create a false narrative." The Democrat hoax against President Trump has been repeatedly debunked and the Trump Administration has done more for Epstein's victims than Democrats ever have by repeatedly calling for transparency, releasing thousands of pages of documents, and calling for further investigations into Epstein's Democrat friends," White House spokesperson Abigial Jackson said in a statement.

The latest tranche of photos comes one week before the December 19 deadline for the Trump administration to release the Epstein files, under a new law that passed in November. Republican Thomas Massie, warned on Friday that the government could face "criminal implications" if it ignored the Congressional subpoena deadline.

Elon Musk Reacts To Steve Bannon Photo With Jeffrey Epstein

Elon Musk took to X to respond to photos revealed Friday that showed a number of high profile figures on Jeffrey Epstein's island, including a photo showing President Donald Trump's former chief strategist Steve Bannon in casual conversation with disgraced financier and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

User @shadowofezra posted the photo of Bannon and Epstein, highlighting a photo on Epstein's desk that may depict one of his victims.

Musk responded to the post with a brief reply, saying simply, "Only a matter of time before Bannon goes back to prison."

Bannon previously was in prison for defying a congressional subpoena. Musk has also been mentioned in Epstein documents, although he has not been accused of any wrongdoing.

House GOP threaten Clintons with contempt of Congress over Epstein depositions

Republicans on the House Oversight Committee are threatening to hold Bill and Hillary Rodham Clinton in contempt of Congress if they refuse to appear for depositions as part of the panel’s investigation into Jeffrey Epstein.

Committee Chairman James Comer, a Kentucky Republican, said the Clintons have delayed and obstructed efforts by committee staff to schedule their testimony for months after subpoenas were issued in the probe into how the government handled the Epstein investigation.

In a statement, Comer said the former president and former secretary of state have “delayed, obstructed, and largely ignored the Committee staff’s efforts” to arrange their appearances.

Former presidents have voluntarily testified before Congress in the past, but none has been compelled to do so.

New poll finds Americans skeptical of Trump’s handling of Epstein scandal

Most Americans are skeptical of President Donald Trump’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein scandal, though his standing on the issue has improved among Republicans, according to a new Reuters/Ipsos poll. The survey found that 52% of Americans disapprove of Trump’s response, while 23% approve, with many saying they believe his administration is covering up information about Epstein’s 2019 death and his ties to wealthy and powerful figures.

The poll showed growing doubts about the government’s transparency, including among Republicans. About 62% of respondents, including 56% of Republicans, said they believe the government is hiding information about Epstein’s death, which was ruled a suicide while he awaited trial on federal sex trafficking charges. Seventy percent said the government is concealing information about others who may have been involved in Epstein’s alleged abuse of teenage girls, including 62% of Republicans.

Trump’s support among Republicans on the issue has increased, with 53% approving of his handling of the scandal, up from 44% last month, though that remains far below his overall approval rating within the party. Only 18% of Americans said they believed Trump was unaware of Epstein’s alleged crimes before they became public, a view shared by 34% of Republicans. Trump has said he did not know about Epstein’s activities and that he ended their friendship years before Epstein pleaded guilty in 2008 to state charges involving a minor.

Republicans accuse Democrats of ‘cherry-picking’ photos to release from Epstein estate

Republican members of the House Oversight Committee have accused Democrats of "cherry-picking" photos to release from the 95,000 images they received from the Jeffrey Epstein estate.

"Once again, Ranking Member Robert Garcia and Oversight Committee Democrats are cherry-picking photos and making targeted redactions to create a false narrative about President Trump," a spokesperson for the GOP members said in a statement.

"We received over 95,000 photos and Democrats released just a handful. Democrats' hoax against President Trump has been completely debunked. Nothing in the documents we've received shows any wrongdoing. It is shameful Rep. Garcia and Democrats continue to put politics above justice for the survivors."

White House reacts to Epstein photos release

White House spokesperson Abigial Jackson has slammed the House Oversight Committee Democrats for releasing new photos from Jeffrey Epstein's estate.

"Once again, House Democrats are selectively releasing cherry-picked photos with random redactions to try and create a false narrative. Here's the reality: Democrats like Stacey Plaskett and Hakeem Jeffries were soliciting money and meetings from Epstein AFTER he was a convicted sex offender," Jackson said in a statement.

"The Democrat hoax against President Trump has been repeatedly debunked and the Trump Administration has done more for Epstein's victims than Democrats ever have by repeatedly calling for transparency, releasing thousands of pages of documents, and calling for further investigations into Epstein's Democrat friends."

Woody Allen appears in multiple pictures from the Epstein estate: What has the director said about Epstein?

Woody Allen, who appeared in multiple of the 19 newly released images from the Jeffrey Epstein estate on Friday, was asked in September if he regretted his many dinners with the convicted sex offender over the years.

“Well, I’m a writer, so I don’t get put off," he told a reporter from The Times, during a lengthy interview in the fall. "Those dinners were fascinating and when it was all uncovered, it becomes interesting to a writer, because then you’re dealing with a kind of nefarious character on your doorstep.”

Allen, who has faced sexual abuse allegations of his own - something he has always denied - declined to condemn Epstein, but described him as "charming and personable" whenever they met.

The famed director said he never saw Epstein with underage girls, but had seen a number of "illustrious people" at the dinners.

He added that the disgraced financier had told him that he'd been falsely jailed in 2019, after being convicted of procuring an underage teenage girl for prostitution.

Bill Gates appears in three of the 19 Epstein estate images released today

Microsoft founder Bill Gates appears in three of the 19 photos released by the Democratic members of the US House Oversight Committee on Friday, although neither of those images are with Jeffrey Epstein.

One of cropped images features Gates speaking to former prince Andrew Mountbatten Windsor at a global summit in 2018. The original picture, from photo agency Getty, showed King Charles on the right hand side.

A second photo shows Gates standing in front of an aircraft with a man in pilot's clothing.

A third appears to show a framed photo of Gates, sat on a plane, being displayed above a cabinet next to images of several other people whose faces have been covered.

Gates, a philanthropist, has previously said that Epstein joined him for several dinners in which he hoped to use the disgraced financier's contacts to help him fundraise for charity.

“It was a huge mistake to spend time with him, to give him the credibility of being there,” Gates told CNN in 2021.

Jeffries calls for ‘full transparency’ on Epstein files

House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries said that all Democrats want from the Trump administration is "full transparency', on the Epstein files.

"We as Democrats... are going to continue to make sure that we're holding this administration accountable," he said on Friday, after the Democrat members on the House Oversight Committee released 19 images from Jeffrey Epstein's estate.

Jeffries added that they will ensure Trump's Justice Department abide by the Congressionally-mandated deadline to release all the Epstein files by 19 December.

"All we want is full transparency so that the American people can get the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. That's what the Epstein survivors deserve and have demanded and we are going to make sure that the Department of Justice complies," he added.

Woody Allen, Larry Summers pictured on jet in Epstein pictures

Filmmaker Woody Allen was among the high profile names pictured in the tranche of Jeffrey Epstein photos, released by the House Oversight Democrats on Friday.

In one picture, Allen is seen sitting next to dormer US Treasury Secretary Larry Summers on a plane.

It is not clear if they jet belongs to Epstein, and there is no indication of any wrong doing in those photos.

A series of emails between Summers and Epstein, previously released by the House Oversight Committee, showed the pair communicating just days before the disgraced financier's 2019 arrest for allegedly sex trafficking minors.

"I am deeply ashamed of my actions and recognise the pain they have caused," he said in a statement to CBS News last month.

Rep. Garcia says other photos not yet released are ‘incredibly disturbing’

We will not rest until the American people get the truth. The Department of Justice must release all the files, NOW.”

The Oversight Committee Democrats are reviewing the full set of 95,000 photos which they say include "wealthy and powerful men who spent time with Jeffrey Epstein" as well as women and Epstein properties.

Bill Clinton pictured with Epstein, Maxwell in latest House release

House Democrats on Friday released a selection of photos from the estate of Jeffrey Epstein, including images of Donald Trump, Bill Clinton and former Prince Andrew.

The images were made public without captions or explanatory context. Among them is a black-and-white photo of Trump standing alongside six women whose faces were obscured. The committee did not explain why the faces were blacked out.

Several of the photos had previously circulated publicly. Democrats said they plan to release additional images in the coming days and weeks as part of an effort to pressure Trump over what they describe as his Republican administration’s earlier refusal to release documents related to the Epstein investigation.

“It is time to end this White House cover-up and bring justice to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his powerful friends,” Rep. Robert Garcia, the top Democrat on the Oversight Committee, said in a statement.

The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Trump, who once socialized with Epstein, has said he cut ties with him years before the sex trafficking charges emerged. Clinton has also sought to downplay his relationship with Epstein, acknowledging through a spokesperson that he traveled on Epstein’s private jet but saying he was unaware of Epstein’s criminal activity. Clinton has not been accused of misconduct by Epstein’s known victims.

Where was Epstein island located?

Jeffrey Epstein’s private island, Little Saint James, was situated in the U.S. Virgin Islands, a short distance southeast of St. Thomas in the Caribbean Sea.

The 70-acre island, long shielded from public view by tight security and limited access, became widely known after federal investigations detailed how Epstein used the secluded property while facing allegations of sex trafficking.

He later purchased a second nearby island, Great Saint James, but it was Little Saint James—sometimes referred to as “Epstein Island”—that figured most prominently in the public scrutiny surrounding his activities.

Republican warns of potential ‘criminal implications’ for Trump admin over Epstein files release

Republican Thomas Massie, who has repeatedly clashed with President Donald Trump's administration, warned on Friday that the government could face "criminal implications" if it ignored a Congressional subpoena.

"Well, I mean its a crime if they don't," he told a reporter. "It's not like they're in contempt of Congress because they didn't respond to a subpoena. This is a new law. You know, criminal implications if they don't follow it."
