Joy Reid was caught swearing by a live mic during a segment about President Joe Biden.
During Monday's edition of The ReidOut, the MSNBC host dropped the f-bomb, though it was unclear what she was referring to.
The host introduced a discussion about the border crisis and then cut to a clip of the Democrat president's South Carolina speech on Saturday. He said: "If that bill were the law today, I'd shut down the border now and I'd fix it quickly... And Congress needs to get it done."

Biden was referring to a bipartisan Senate border deal that would give him powers to shut down the southern border "when it becomes overwhelmed."
Its progress has been stalled by Republicans and Democrats alike, with former President Donald Trump urging Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson to only accept it if it is "perfect on the border."

Immigration has emerged as a major issue ahead of the 2024 presidential election. In December, migrant encounters at the U.S.-Mexico border averaged more than 9,500 per day, according to U.S. government data.
Some Republicans have said they will only provide further aid to Ukraine amid its war with Russia if a solution to the border crisis is found.
Seemingly unaware that her mic was on, Reid said: "Starting another f****** war."
Newsweek contacted MSNBC and a representative for Biden by email to comment on this story.
Later in the show, Reid apologized to viewers.
"Before we go, I just want to apologize very quickly," Reid said. "I was chatting during a clip that was playing, and you know, we try to keep this show very PG-13, so I just want to apologize to anyone who was listening to my 'behind the scenes' chatter. I deeply, deeply apologize for that."
Nevertheless, the clip of the incident circulated on X, formerly Twitter. Collin Rugg, co-founder of Trending Politics, said it was a "rare moment of real feelings displayed on MSNBC."
Former congressional candidate and music video director Robby Starbuck wrote: "Out of all the stuff she's done, this is both the most sane thing she's ever said AND the most likely to get her into real trouble with her bosses at MSNBC."
Another X user said: "The very unprofessional Joy Reid of MSNBC had a hot mic moment."
