Meghan Markle set the tone for her visit to Nigeria this month with a wardrobe of chic and patriotic looks that featured their usual layered symbolism.
Her trip with Prince Harry, which occurred between May 10 and 12, was dubbed by British news outlets as an "unofficial" royal tour since Harry and Meghan split from the monarchy four years ago.
The duke and duchess were invited to make the trip by Nigeria's chief of defense staff, General Christopher Musa. It included a number of engagements, such as meetings with veterans and charities connected with Harry's Invictus Games tournament, receptions with officials, and a women's-centric speaking engagement for Meghan.
