CASSIE CAGE

She's described as a well-rounded character. Cassie also uses her guns more than she did in Mortal Kombat X, including gunshots and clubbing blows.

She has an up Shadow Kick that can be amplified to drop back down. Cassie Cage also has a low blow like her father, but she kicks the opponent. She can amplify this attack to perform a second blow while dealing more damage.

One ability loadout allows for Cassie to perform a low gunshot that can be amplified to perform two more shots in an arc. Another loadout allows for Cassie to perform an aerial jump

Another loadout allows Cassie to perform a Shadow Shoulder that can be amplified to perform a combo. Her Shadow Kick can also become a full screen attack that sees Cassie to use her drone to fly across the stage.

Cassie can also use this Shadow Escape to evade attacks in the air or even use it to advance and perform an aerial attack.

The final loadout shown focused on a drone that can drop bombs and attack for her. The drone can also drop a bubble area that deals damage over time if the opponent is inside the bubble.

KANO

Kano in Mortal Kombat 11 is considered a mixup character that controls the space with damage over time specials from the ground. He doesn't excel in the "mid game," but he is exceptional up close. Kano also has abilities that allow him to overcome characters who like to play the mid game.

Kano uses his knife more than he has in the past. It has good advancement properties when used in combos.

The Black Dragon leader has a back 3 that is his best mid range attack. A knife comes from his boot and if the opponent is trying to launch an attack while being hit by the boot knife, it will turn into a Crushing Blow.

Knife toss is Kano's long-range attack that can be amplified to toss two knives, with the second acting as a low attack. Kano Ball is back, which can be amplified to do a second hit an can also be performed in the air.

Snake Bite is an overhead knife attack that is a good combo starter that can be amplified to pop an opponent up.

Kano has a control grab called the Lumbar Check, that lets the character do a backstabber that can be amplified to perform a second attack. There's a Crushing Blow you can perform if you do the Lumbar Check while the opponent is trying to do a "wakeup" roll.

One ability is a buff. It increases the strength of Kano's Kano Ball and has armor that will go straight through any projectile. Another ability lets Kano throw a molotov cocktail on the ground that deals DOT damage.

The Bio Trap puts a magnet on the floor that doesn't let opponent's jump while they are trapped. Kano's knives can be pulled down into the Bio Trap while it's active.

Another ability lets Kano launch a laser from his mechanical eye. This can't be amplified but does more damage than his knives. He also has a parry that can also be amplified. Chemical Burn lets Kano toss chemicals from his pocket that deals DOT and can be amplified to have him throw a cigar to set the opponent on fire.

Mortal Kombat 11 is set for release on April 23 for PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch.
