An adorable munchkin cat called Nacho Bell Grande has won a legion of fans online after an beautiful photo of him was shared online.
Reddit user u/Brilliant-Elk-4272 uploaded the post that included a picture of the small munchkin sitting on a bed.
The ginger and white kitten with blue eyes instantly became a hit with commenters and has attracted some 9,550 upvotes since it was uploaded onto the r/IllegallySmolCats group.
In the post, the user explained: "She is six weeks old and should be around three times this size. That being said, I'd like to introduce you to Nacho Bell Grande. I know the name sucks but my wife shot down 'Crunchwrap Supreme.'"
Since being shared on March 27, the post has been commented upon on some 240 occasions. Unsurprisingly, many of those people who shared comments about the kitten's given and planned names.
One Reddit user said: "Clearly needs to be jailed for her cute crimes."
Another added: "Her name is perfect and she is beautiful."
A third commenter posted: "In cuteness, we have a name. That kitty's name is Crunchwrap Supreme."
In an update post, Brilliant-Elk-4272 said the kitten was one of two found under a car hood where he works.
The poster added: "I work at a car dealership that happened to find two kitties under car hoods.
"While they were on the waiting list to get fixed and this happened. She will join our other four inside cats for a lifetime of comfort and love."
Newsweek has contacted Brilliant-Elk-4272 for comment.
According to the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), there were a total of 58,385,725 cats living in the U.S. in 2018. The percentage of homes with a cat was estimated to be about 25.4, according to the AVMA.
With so many cats living in the U.S., it is little wonder why felines feature in some of the most engaging content across multiple different platforms and message boards.
Earlier this month, a picture of a woman sleeping in an unusual spot alongside a cat and young puppy went viral online.
The adorable picture showed the woman curled up on a bed with the pets was upvoted more than 24,000 times after it was uploaded onto Reddit's r/aww forum.
It included the caption: "Wife just got home from an 8-day trip…found her like this."
Uploader Tyler and his wife live in Chicago with their cat Mikko and puppy Odin. He previously told Newsweek: "When I found them like that I felt a sense of relief that the family was back together and happiness that the pets seemed to miss her just as much as I did."
