Paul Pogba is certainly keeping Manchester United supporters on tenterhooks as they await confirmation of his transfer to Old Trafford.

On Tuesday, Pogba posted a cryptic message, "We say it all by saying nothing at all," while sat in a swimming pool on holiday with Mino Raiola, the 23-year-old's agent.

And Juventus star Pogba appeared to be playing the game again on Thursday evening, changing the filters on an Instagram picture to red and white.

Those, of course, are the colors of United, the club Pogba has been heavily linked to for what would be a world-record transfer.

If you believe everything you see on Instagram, then the photograph Pogba posted a week ago, showing him in all white, suggested he was on the verge of a move to join Zinedine Zidane at Real Madrid, which has not happened.

Still, there is nothing quite like keeping fans guessing to maintain the mystique of your brand. Pogba is understood to be inching closer to an actual move to Manchester. Until then, he will continue to drip-feed hints to supporters voracious for a star transfer.
