To be able to catch every Regi in The Crown Tundra, trainers will need to activate the side story, "The Terrible Titans....Lurking Locked Away" by walking in front of the first temple you see after you leave Freezington.

There are four temples scattered around The Crown Tundra, each will be locked to the trainer. The door of each temple has a clue to how the trainer can unlock it, and it's based on the Pokémon they are carrying with them.

Trainers will also need to have seven Gym Badges to encounter them.

How to catch Regirock

Regirock's temple is found in the Rock Peak Ruins, which is located in the southeast region of the Giant's Bed. To unlock the temple, trainers will need to have their lead Pokémon hold an Everstone.

Once you've entered the temple, highlight all the lights on the floor to encounter Regirock.

Regirock approaches you at Level 70 and is a pure Rock-type Pokémon. It has the attacks, Superpower, Stone Edge, Hammer Arm, and Curse.

How to catch Regice

Regice is found in the Iceberg Ruins, west of the Snowslide Slope. To open the temple, trainers will need to have a Cryogonal as their lead Pokémon. The Crown Tundra DLC adds Cryogonal into the Gen 8 game, and they can be found wandering all over the region, so trainers shouldn't have a hard time finding one.

Highlight all the lights on the floor to encounter Regice.

Regice is at Level 70 and is a pure Ice-type Pokémon. It has the moves Ice Beam, Zap Cannon, Amnesia and Icy Wind.

How to catch Registeel

Registeel is located in the Iron Ruins, which can be found in the west area of the Giant's Bed. Simply whistle in front of the temple to have it open. To whistle, press down on the left analog stick. Highlight all the lights on the floor to encounter Registeel.

The pure Steel-type Pokémon comes at Level 70 with the attacks Heavy Slam, Flash Cannon, Iron Defense and Charge Beam.

How to catch Regieleki/Regidrago

Both of these Regis is found in the Split-Deciruins, which can be located in Three-Point Pass. Trainers will need to have Regice, Registeel, and Regirock in their party to unlock the temple's entrance.

Unlock the other temples, trainers will need to choose which of these Regis they will want to encounter. Highlight the lights on the floor based on either Regieleki and Regidrago's pattern.

Regieleki is a pure Electric-type Pokémon and comes at Level 70. It has the moves Thunder Cage, Electroweb, Extreme Speed and Magnet Rise.

Regidrago is a pure Dragon-type Pokémon and comes at Level 70 with the following attacks: Dragon Energy, Dragon Claw, Laser Focus, Hammer Arm.

How to catch Regigigas

Regigigas is the "father" of all the Regis in the Pokémon franchise and can be caught after catching the other four.

There is a Raid Den in the Giant's Bed that trainers cannot put a Wishing Piece in. This is the den of Regigigas and can only be accessed if you have Regice, Registeel, Regirock, Regieleki and Regidrago in your party. Regigigas will pull you into the Raid Den for you to battle it.

Regigigas comes in at Level 100 with the attacks Giga Impact, Zen Headbutt, Hammer Arm and Crush Grip.

The Crown Tundra DLC for Pokémon Sword and Shield is available now for Nintendo Switch.
