The Atlanta Dream and Golden State Valkyries will play a deciding Game 7 in the WNBA Finals to determine which team earns its first-ever championship.
Unsurprisingly, interest in attending the grand finale between these two teams competing for the title is commanding very high prices for tickets. According to TickPick, the get-in price is $396 per ticket, making it the most expensive game in WNBA history to attend.
The matchup is already historic as the first-ever Game 7 in WNBA Finals history. It also guarantees a first-time champion, as neither franchise has previously won the title. The Dream were unsuccessful in their three previous WNBA Finals trips, while the Golden State Valkyries are in their second season and in their first-ever championship series.

More news: Dream’s Angel Reese Makes Bold Claim Ahead of Crucial WNBA Finals Game 6

...
On Thursday afternoon, Angel Reese and the Dream delivered a dominant performance for much of Game 6 in Atlanta. Reese finished with a double-double of 15 points, 14 rebounds, six assists, and a block. Teammates Allisha Gray and Rhyne Howard combined for 44 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists to power Atlanta to the deciding game.
The Valkyries trailed 46-26 at halftime, but then outscored the home team 43-34 in the second half to make a game of it. Unfortunately, they shot a disappointing 31% for the game. Star player Gabby Williams led all Golden State players with 26 points.
She and her teammates will look to feed off the home crowd from "Ballhalla" on Saturday, which is also Halloween.
Game 7 takes place inside Golden State's Chase Center in San Francisco, California. No WNBA team had a better record at home than the Valkyries this past season, as they were 17-5, while Atlanta went 15-7 in road games.
That said, the Dream have won on Golden State's home court during this WNBA Finals matchup. They won Game 2, 79-65, over the Valkyries behind an explosive double-double from Reese, who finished with a record-setting 30 points and 16 rebounds in the win.
Nonetheless, this could be an epic finish to a fantastic series between two teams attempting to claim a historic first WNBA championship.
The Atlanta Dream and Golden State Valkyries face off in Game 7 of the WNBA Finals at 8 p.m. ET on Saturday, Oct. 31.
