The San Francisco 49ers are a perfect candidate to be a buyer before the trade deadline on Nov. 4. The 49ers are an impressive 4-2, tied for first place in the NFC West despite battling significant injuries in the early season.

Trey Hendrickson, who signed a one-year contract with the Cincinnati Bengals before the season, is a top choice for the 49ers. But Cincinnati doesn't appear ready to move him after improving to 3-4 with a 33-31 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on "Thursday Night Football."
"Bengals All-Pro pass rusher Trey Hendrickson is drawing attention around the league, with the 49ers showing the most interest. Cincinnati isn’t shopping him, and after the Bengals’ Thursday night win, most do not expect him to get moved," Russini wrote.
Hendirckson has caught the league's attention after recording 17.5 sacks in each of his previous two seasons. He has four sacks this season through the first six games he's played.
There are plenty of other pass rushers in the trade market this season. Jets defensive end Jermaine Johnson and Miami Dolphins pass rushers Bradley Chubb and Jaelan Phillips are among the names Russini reports are gaining interest from league teams.
However, there are several NFL teams that need help at pass rusher, including the defending NFC champion Philadelphia Eagles. The price help should be high if the 49ers can make a move before the trade deadline.
San Francisco does need outside help at this point. If they cannot make a trade, the 49ers should be active in the free agent market.
