The Cleveland Browns have dropped another loss, this time to the Detroit Lions. The lopsided score of 34-10 may prove that the team needs to make a drastic change.

Cleveland boasted the best defense in the NFL heading into Week 4, but the offense clearly needs a lot of work to keep pace with Myles Garrett and company. Many fans, pundits, and analysts have theorized that Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski would eventually start Dillon Gabriel or Shedeur Sanders, but that has yet to happen.

Following the team's Week 3 loss, Stefanski let it be known that he would not be benching Flacco in favor of one of the rookies. Now, it appears that Stefanski might be warming up to the idea of making a change.

NFL insider Tom Pelissero shared a quote from Stefanski when speaking to reporters, which stated, "My focus is on making sure this offense plays better." However, Pelissero also indicated that Stefanski did not rule out or commit to a change at quarterback.

Stefanski has been adamant about keeping Flacco under center through the first three weeks of action, but this is the first time the Browns head coach gave any sort of inkling that a change could happen. At a 1-3 record, the Browns have an uphill battle to compete with the rest of the stacked AFC.

The team also has some talented players and a successful defense. It is usually these points where changes need to be made to see if a season can be turned around. There is still plenty of football left to play, but the Browns may need to throw Gabriel or Sanders in to help jumpstart things.

Stefanski needs to look to the New York Giants, who benched Russell Wilson in favor of Jaxson Dart. Dart helped lead the team to their first win over a very tough Los Angeles Chargers team.

Putting in a rookie quarterback may not be what is needed, but then again, it could work some magic to help this struggling Browns offense.
