Hopkins has garnered attention for wearing a full-body mink coat that was left to him by his late father.
"His dad died 33 years ago and left him a mink coat," Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network said. "He'll wear it for the first time today."

"DeAndre's mom, Sabrina, was a victim of domestic violence, blinded by an attack when he was younger," Wolfe continued. "He told me her perseverance has led to his career."
"Sabrina told me her message to her son today: 'This is your moment of completion. You've waited for this moment.' DeAndre has a routine of giving his mom a touchdown ball, she told me nearly in tears this week. A Super Bowl ball after all this time, I'm getting emotional just thinking about it.
Hopkins was traded to the Chiefs halfway through this year, having started the season with the Tennessee Titans. Between both teams this season, he has recorded 56 receptions for 610 yards and five touchdowns, four of which he scored with Kansas City.
Hopkins first joined the NFL when he was selected by the Houston Texans with the 27th overall pick of the 2013 NFL Draft. He was named to the 2013 PFWA All-Rookie Team.
Hopkins would go on to spend seven seasons with Houston while also playing with the Arizona Cardinals, the Titans, and the Chiefs.
