Tyreek Hill

...

It's unclear what this means at the moment. No trade has been reported recently, and neither does it mean that Hill will be traded. Still, it's worth noting that the Dolphins have struggled mightily thus far through this season.

The Dolphins hold a 1-3 record and are currently on a three-game losing streak. Hill has not been the elite wide receiver we've seen in years past, and that has a lot to do with being without their Pro Bowl quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa.

In Week 2 of the season against the Buffalo Bills, Tagovailoa suffered a concussion, which sidelined him from the contest and led to renewed questions about his playing future. As things stand, he could return as early as Week 8 when the team faces the Arizona Cardinals.

With the Dolphins on this downward spiral and playing merry-go-round at quarterback, this could be the end of Hill's time in Miami. The 30-year-old still has some juice left in him, and possibly a change of scenery will do Hill some good.

This is his third year in Miami, and they have yet to win a playoff game. Still, he's put up great numbers in South Beach in two-plus seasons, recording 255 receptions on 317 targets, 3,726 yards, 21 touchdowns, an average of 14.6 yards per reception, and a receiving success rate of 55.3 percent.

Hill is possibly the fastest man on the football field, and he perfectly fits head coach Mike McDaniel's play style. However, things haven't been well due to the current play of the Dolphins quarterback corps.

In their most recent loss against the Tennessee Titans at home on Monday Night Football, Hill secured four of seven targets for 23 yards and rushed three times for 19 yards in the Dolphins' 31-12 loss.

Usually, wide receivers start to decline at 30 years old, but that has not been the case with Hill. He has shown that he can still perform at a high level, but he needs the right person to pass him the ball.

Although Tagovailoa is not a top-tier quarterback compared to the others in his own conference, it's clear that he and Hill have a chemistry like no other.

They complement each other well, and if Hill is traded, that could hurt Tagovailoa's productivity when he returns.
