The New England Patriots played a wild AFC Championship Game against the Denver Broncos on Sunday, which featured snow, cold temperatures, and just 17 points scored between the two teams.

Quarterback Drake Maye helped score a touchdown in the first half to even things up with Jarrett Stidham and the Broncos at 7-7 for halftime. In the second half, he managed to get them within field-goal range to extend their lead to 10-7, and later had a significant first-down run to help his team secure the win.

With the win, New England returns to another Super Bowl, this time without the services of Tom Brady as their quarterback. Instead, Maye is leading the squad after a regular season that put him among the finalists for the NFL Most Valuable Player Award.

The Patriots' victory created a lot of buzz and excitement, with everyone from former players Tom Brady, Julian Edelman, and Rob Gronkowski weighing in on the return trip to the Super Bowl.

Maye's wife, Ann Michael Maye, was at the game to support her husband and shared a special message for him, which she posted on Instagram after they won the AFC Championship Game.

"WE ARE GOING TO THE SUPER BOWL!!!!!❤️💙❤️💙 Words can’t even begin to describe how proud I am of you, #10!!!! Watching your dreams come true is the biggest blessing and I love you!!!!!" she wrote with her Instagram carousel post.

The IG carousel featured multiple photos of the couple together on the snowy field at Denver's stadium. Ann Michael Maye wore stylish Patriots gear with throwback vibes, featuring the team's old logo on one side of her sweater or jacket.

She also rocked red track pants with white side stripes and a comfortable, fuzzy white hat for extra warmth. Drake wore an AFC Championship hat in celebration of his team's victory.

One of the photos features Maye with his wife, standing next to teammate Hunter Henry, whose wife, Parker Elizabeth Schmidly, is also with them to celebrate the win.

Drake and Ann started dating in middle school, and both attended the University of North Carolina. They married last June, and she continues to support her husband's football career, which now includes him participating in the Super Bowl.

Ann Michael Maye graduated from UNC with a degree in business administration and has since gained popularity for her social media series, “Bakemas,” on TikTok. She then appeared on her own NBC10 Boston show, “Beyond Bakemas,” which features her baking with various New England sports figures.

Additionally, she partnered with JetBlue to provide her specially created cookies to anyone flying from Boston to Denver for the AFC Championship Game. Most likely, she'll be among the familiar faces who appear as supportive spectators at the Super Bowl.

In Super Bowl LX, her quarterback husband, Drake Maye, will try to guide the Patriots to an upset of the NFC Champions, Sam Darnold and the Seattle Seahawks. The game takes place on Sunday, Feb. 8, at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California, with NBA broadcasting and Peacock streaming the event.
